SECA, the Shuswap Estates Community Association, is located in beautiful Blind Bay, British Columbia. We represent the residents of Blind Bay (both year-round and seasonal, as well as many of the businesses within our community) and advocate on their behalf with all levels of government.  As Blind Bay is an unincorporated community, many of our efforts are focused on communications with our local government, the Columbia-Shuswap Regional District, however, a number of community issues require advocacy efforts at the provincial government level as well.

As advocates for positive change within our community, SECA is involved with public safety programs, environmental issues, economic and commercial development, land use planning, parks and recreation, road repair/ renewal and maintenance, emergency services, street lighting, government policies and expenditures, community identity, and any other issues that affect the quality of life of our residents.

We welcome all residents of Blind Bay to join SECA and to share their ideas and concerns with us.  We believe that involvement of the entire community is very important, and we strive to do our best to advocate on behalf of everyone within Blind Bay.
